2016 MIF Derek Cartaya has committed to Alabama State University!!!
Derek is in his second year with Elite Squad and is one of the best players to watch play the game of baseball. His energy and passion rubs off on his teammates every game. This year, with the 16u Prime Derek hit .379 and had an OBP of .491 at the top of the Elite Squad Order. He was named to the All Tournament team in the following events
