Elite Squad Baseball is proud to announce the creation of our first team based outside of the continental United States with the addition of Elite Squad-Puerto Rico. Our expansion into Puerto Rico will be spearheaded by the 13u Elite Squad Puerto Rico team based out of Carolina, PR. The team is managed by Miguel Roman and coached by Amaury Baez. The team is made up of some of the islands best talent and is the perfect addition to our program. They will represent Elite Squad this summer in the Perfect Game 13u East Cobb Invitational, the Perfect Game 13u Evoshield Classic and the 13u BCS Finals. In addition, Elite Squad will also host our first Puerto Rico Prospect Camp for freshmen through seniors later this year allowing the talent of Puerto Rico to be showcased in front of colleges and scouts in a manner similar to our annual Prospect Camp. Finally, we are excited to announce that Coach Jorge Miranda has been named the Director of Puerto Rico Player Development and will be in charge of helping to grow our program within the island. Elite Squad Baseball remains dedicated to providing baseball opportunities for talent players no matter where they are located and the creation of the Puerto Rico division is another step in that process.
